Inserts – features
- Higher cutting speed and feed rate
- Various corner radius inserts-0.5mm,0.75mm & 1mm -or- 1mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm-or -4mm,5mm,6mm,can fit on same holder.
- Combination corner rounding and 45˚ chamfering application on the same insert
- Carbide insert can stand very long tool life.
N9MT11T3RCCXX-NC40
- Submicron carbide insert, K20F, TiN coated, universal design for all kinds of materials
- Inserts are CNC ground for precision radius location
- Each insert has two cutting edges.
Holders – features
- For corner rounding cutters using NC spot drill shank
- Good for small work pieces
- 45˚ chamfering is available by using the straight position of the cutting edge.
